    No daily room cleaning or towel changes for three days!!! Only a mandatory service in a secluded area with no shops or restaurants nearby, questionable English communication from the concierge, and an unreasonably early check-out time at 10AM!!!

    Fairly clean accommodation, excellent staff. All in all marvellous location, next to the Kyoto station, which was perfect and a residential area with nothing near. Also, in a very quiet neighborhood. Honestly no reason to complain.

    Everything was brand-new, nice hotel. Actually, the room was brand-new and neat, it also had a hairdryer, a bidet and bath sheets. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with feather pillows. The staff was friendly. The location was good and ideal for walking around a modern aquarium.

    The room was quite spacious for a Japanese hotel, awesome for easier movement with bags. Cleanliness was great, and the tv added a nice touch for entertainment. Plus, the laundry facilities were convenient, especially the free water dispenser nearby.

    The Double Room was decent but a bit dated. The bed was comfy enough for our 7-night stay, and the pin-code entry was cool, no key fuss! The room had a nice amount of space, but don't expect the latest decor. If you're out exploring, it works. And access to free water in the laundry area was a nice perk! Just a bit annoying that it felt a tad cramped for hanging out in the evenings.

    Great stay with a few hiccups

    The room was spacious and comfy. Having a microwave was super handy! A lil' annoying that we struggled to check in due to the weird code situation, but luckily a staff member was around. The location's great with tons of restaurants nearby. Just wished the free ice cream didn't run out!
